• first time ever I was a bit let down by a mess of food... , i was told to throw it away and theyll be round asap wirh a replacement. they replaced my poorly prepared £7 kebab with the entry level option a £4 smaller option, (no refund of the difference) and not what I ordered. shame. will try others and see how I go on. sorry guys. appreciate that you were trying to replace it but, if you bought a car that was faulty and the company replaced it with a bike... wouldn't you be a little put out?

• Onion bajis weren't cooked properly and they forgot to bring chips with the order saying they could bring them in 40mins... what would I do with a portion of chips after 40minutes of receiving my food? Poor service
